Specialty Frame Collections The frame catalogs are primarily based on content from the FramesData catalog however we provide tools and processes to add and display frames that are not included in the standard catalog.
If you are a frame manufacturer or want to provide specialty products to your online customers, we can help you digitize your product offering for online retailing.
There are 3 main elements to add frames to the catalog.
1. Photograph catalog and detail views for each frame. This is typically a 3/4 view with a transparent or white background.
2. Photograph and mask images for try on. This frontal view allows patients to virtually try frames on their face and perform lens simulations. Three images are need for the try on including the frontal frame and left and right lens masks. These images are then precisely scaled to match the global scale of the application images.
3. Provide descriptive data for each frame and collection so that the user can search and filter frames based on specific criteria. We provide data collection software tools that facilitate the input and formatting of data for custom collections.
