System Installation and Training
Installing and operating a CyberImaging system is designed to be
simple and quick. However, CyberImaging provides on-site installation
and training for those customers that prefer additional assistance.
After the initial setup, associates will quickly become comfortable
using and training others how to effectively use a CyberImaging
system during client consultations. On-line training courses are
also available from the customer’s salon or home computer.

Continuous Feedback
CyberImaging actively involves its more than 700 customers in providing
suggestions for future software upgrades. Customer feedback is valued
and regularly solicited. Each year CyberImaging distributes its
‘Annual Survey of Users’ to all customers to assist
in feature and usage evaluation and in setting priorities for new
software development. Customers are also encouraged to send comments
