| Q. How are my orders processed and filled? Do you send my orders to an online competitor for fullfillment? |

Your staff processes and fills orders just like you do today. You can use your existing processes, practice management system, lab and vendors that you already have in place. If you want to expand your frame collections, you can also use our partner lab for additional selection and fulfillment capacity. We NEVER send your order to another online retailer. All orders are emailed directly from your CyberEYESVTO microsite to your online coordinator. |
| Q. How do I setup and maintain my site? |

After completing the CyberEYESVTO Enrollment Form, you will be assigned a site coordinator who will setup two 20-minute sessions with your optical manager. In these sessions, your team will learn how to setup frame price models, frame catalogs, lens packages, email templates, shipping rates, sales tax rates, coupons etc. At the end of the setup process, you are completely self sufficient and can maintain and modify the content of your site to meet your business needs. The toolkit is completely form-based with absolutely no programming. |
| Q. Do I need to modify my practice website? |

We’ll need to create a link on your main site directly to your online micro-site. You may also want to include some benefits of your online store on your main site. All of these links are provided in our LANDING PAGE ASSETS and your coordinator will work with you or your webmaster to setup these links. |
| Q. What if I don’t have a website? |

No problem, we’ll setup one up for you. First, we’ll help you find and purchase an available domain name such as www.drcookvision.com ($29). Then we’ll setup a basic website with your practice information, location, staff, hours etc ($0). And we’ll also provide the hosting service ($25/mo) for your site including custom email addresses for you and your staff (e.g. sallyg@drcookvision.com) |
| Q. Can the site be customized to look like the practice site? |

Yes. Your micro CyberEYESVTO site will have the exact header and landing page as your main website. When customers land on your CyberEYESVTO site, the URL address will match your main website, www.drcookvision.com/VTO.html. |
| Q. How do I get paid for my orders? Do I have to wait for a month to get my check? |

If you provide us with your banking information, we’ll wire the proceeds from your sales directly into your account as soon as the credit card transaction from your customer is settled (2-3 days depending on the credit card). Otherwise we’ll send you a check on settlement. We’ll never keep your funds for 30-days. |
| Q. What percent of my profits do you keep? |

$0, zero, nothing, nada. It’s your customer, your order and your fullfillment. Our online credit card processor charges a small fee (1.9% - 2.1% for their service) which is deducted from the sales proceeds. You keep everything else. |

Yes, you can use our VTO registration utility to create accounts and upload images directly to the site without having to login directly. |
| Q. What is the length of the contract? |
 |

The contract lasts all month. Your $199 subscription can be cancelled at any time.

| Q. Why do you need a a bank account for the enrollment to the program? |
 |

There are potentially 2 reasons. First, we need a method to send the proceeds from your online sales – if we have your banking information we can wire funds directly to your account. Second, with your banking details we can draft the monthly subscription fee and eliminate our accounts receivable clerk. |
| Q. What advantage does online retailing offer my patients? |

Many can argue the merits of online eyewear until they really educate themselves with “THE FACTS.” It is impossible to provide your patient with the same convenience as an online site unless you have a mobile optical on call 24/7. In addition, you will never be able to offer the selection of an Internet-based catalog. If you’re still ‘kicking the tires’ at this point you probably have reservations about the ability to take remote measurements, right? With a little more research, you can find out how this is not only possible but could be even more accurate than a PD stick. THIS IS NOT A PRICE WAR. | Q. How do I set prices on the site? |

For frames, you can use our TIERED PRICE or FREE FORM PRICE models. As you add frames to your RETAILER catalog, your pricing formula is applied to the wholesale cost to create your selling prices. Lens packages and options can be set individually according to your unique pricing strategy. |
| Q. Will the order be sent directly to the patient? |

This is a decision that you make with your suppliers and labs. You are in charge of fulfillment of ALL your orders in the office and online. |
| Q. Is it safe for the patients to enter personal and credit card information? |
 |

Yes, we use encryption to transmit the order from the patient to the credit card company and have a $10,000 guarantee on every transaction from Comodo. More importantly, we never store or maintain credit card information on the site so there is no risk of intrusion. Unfortunately, your customer is purchasing eyewear on an infrequent basis so we don’t really see a need to store credit card details.

Outstanding question! We provide your optical team with our patented Digital Measurement tools as part of your subscription. If you have a remote patient without PD measurements, you simply email a digital fitting pad™ to the patient and they return their digital facial photo with the fitting pad. Your local software will allow you to calculate total PD, monocular PD’s and seg heights. Very simple, but very effective. Your online competitors do not have this functionality.
