Product Updates
CyberEYES is updated every year with new features and functions. CyberImaging actively involves its customers in providing suggestions for future software upgrades. Customer feedback is valued and regularly solicited. Each year CyberImaging distributes its ‘Annual Survey of Users’ to all customers to assist in feature and usage evaluation and in setting priorities for new software development. Support and Maintenance
The fully illustrated CyberEyes User’s Guide is a good resource for answering questions related to hardware and software issues. System Installation and Training
Installing and operating a CyberEyes imager is designed to be simple and quick. CyberImaging provides on-site installation and training for all CyberEyes customers. After the initial setup, associates will quickly become comfortable using and training others how to effectively use the CyberEyes unit during patient consultations.
