CyberEYES Makes it Easy to Steamline the office

The CyberEYES Integration Toolkit, allows for application integration between CyberEYES and a host of 3rd party PMS and backend office systems.

The toolkit allows the user to designate the connection information required to connect to the existing PMS system. This connection can be to the live database used by the PMS system, or to a customer defined “bridge” database or file that contains customer information.

This connection will enable CyberEYES to retrieve a listing of customers from the PMS system to allow the user to select the current customer and obtain the identifying or “key” information from the PMS system.

The CyberEYES system will then prompt the user to select the customer from the defined connection at the time a new session is started. At the completion of the session the full scope of the data collected by the CyberEYES system, including images, is available to be sent to the PMS system in a number of formats.

We support the following storage formats for the PMS system, and/or “Bridge” system:

• Microsoft SQL Server versions 2000, and 2005
• Oracle versions 8.x or newer.
• MySQL versions 4.x and 5.x
• CSV or TAB delimited text files.
• XML files.
• Most ODBC compliant data sources for which a compatible ODBC driver exists. (Customer may be required to supply the drivers depending on the data source.)
